EXCHANGE POLICY
- We do not accept exchange across any orders and categories
- Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Saris once finished with fall and hemming/tassels will not be returned or exchanged
- Exchanges will only be accepted in an exceptional scenario that there is a genuine manufacturing defect in the product and it meets the exchange eligibility criteria at the descrition of the company
- Fabrics once cut from the thaan, cannot be returned or exchanged
- In case of an exchange due to manufacturing defect, a credit note equivalent to the product value will be issued which can redeemed within a stipulated time period.
