SHIPPING AND PAYMENT TERMS

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.

Shipping in India: Domestic shipping is complimentary on all orders above value ₹30,000. Under that a standard shipping charge of ₹300 is applicable.

International Shipping: All International shipping are chargeable, as per weight and size of the package starting ₹2,800/-

 

COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available across any domestic or international payment.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For Indian clients: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 

For International clients: For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery. Gulati Editions will not be responsible for any extra charges to be paid by the client in the form of taxes and fees issues by the governing body.

PAYMENTS

All payments made, against the purchases/services on gulatieditions.com, by the client shall be against the MRP displayed on the website. This shall be done under the adopted and applicable terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services. Prior to shipping the order to the client, team Gulati Editions may request the client to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by him/her for his/her purchase. This procedure is followed to ensure that a secure online shopping environment is created for customers.

Gulati Editions may employ PayU, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for payments on the website. The electronic transactions initiated through third party facilities, employed through Gulati Editions website, may be undertaken at one’s sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by team Gulati Editions, kindly note that team Gulati Editions is not liable or responsible of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

DELIVERY

All ready to ship orders are dispatched within 48-72 working hours. Domestic shipping takes 3-6 working days approximately and international shipping takes 5-10 working days approximately. However,  delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated throughout the process. The contract, in no manner can be repudiated if Gulati Editions fails to deliver any one or more products in the given time frame. It should be noted that in situations if the client fails to take the delivery of the goods, Gulati Editions may at its discretion charge the client for additional shipping cost.
